LinkSky Support is staffed by web hosting professionals who truly care about the success of LinkSky hosted members and who know how to communicate in layperson (non-techie) terms.
Many times we find that what may appear to be a complicted issue has a simple cause, and often an equally simple resolution. For example, a quick review of the server logs can bring a problem to light and save hours or even days of frustration for the LinkSky hosted members who may be attempting to host an unusually sophisticated web site, or just having a problem with their email program. This is why we're glad when a hosted member contacts LinkSky support. It gives us an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to their success in hosting with LinkSky.

I want to personally thank you for the professional way you solved our problem that we had in running our eCommerce application at Linksky. Although your standard servers did not have some components we needed, you went out of your way to add the needed components.
When we found a problem related to uploading files, you promptly investigated the problem and worked with us to pinpoint the problem. The problem was esoteric and difficult to solve, but you persevered and found the solution.
The personal attention we received from someone of your caliber is, in our experience rare and not found at most hosting companies.
